Lead renovation projects from estimate to completion. Manage clients, trades, schedules, and quality control. Minimum 5 years residential renovation experience required.
Lead Carpenter
Supervise on-site construction, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality standards. Red Seal carpenter certification required. Leadership experience preferred.
Journeyman Carpenter
Execute framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry to the highest standards. Red Seal certification or equivalent experience. Benefits and tool allowance provided.
Apprentice Carpenter
Learn from experienced tradespeople while contributing to real projects. Enrolled or willing to enroll in apprenticeship program. Grow your career with mentorship and training.
Renovation Labourer
Entry-level position with growth potential. Assist skilled tradespeople, site preparation, cleanup, material handling. No experience required—willingness to learn essential.
